| 摘 要： | 目的 观察和解通利法治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎所致胸膜肥厚的临床疗效及对胸水吸收的影响.方法 将62例确诊为结核性渗出性胸膜炎的病人随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(32例).两组均采用抗结核治疗,治疗组同时加服和解通利法所拟中药治疗.比较治疗前及治疗1、3个月后两组B超显示的胸膜的肥厚程度,同时观察两组胸水吸收的时间.结... |
