| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨难治性高血压的临床特点及诊治方法。方法：对40例确诊为难治性高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结栗：难治性高血压的病因包括治疗不当、顺应性差、继发性高血压、精神因素和不良生活习惯等,针对病因合理联合应用降压药物并结合手术或非药物治疗,治疗总有效率为85．0％。结论：难治性高血压病因复杂,诊治困难,针对不同病因采用个性化的药物和非药物综合治疗可取得较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of refractory hypertension.Methods:The clinial data of 40 refractory hypertension patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results:The causes of refractory hypertension included malpractice, noncompliance, secondary hypertension, mental factors and bad living habits.
