| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨青少年腰椎间盘突出症的临床特点及治疗效果。方法: 对11例15~18岁青少年腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状、体征、影像学资料进行回顾性分析;均在保守治疗无效后行椎板间开窗入路椎间盘摘除术。结果: 随访0.5~2.5年,优8例,良2例,优良率为90.90%。结论: 外伤和畸形是造成青少年腰椎间盘突出症的主要原因;临床特征突出,X线检查无特异性,CT、MRI有利于明确诊断;先严格保守治疗,无效者采取手术治疗,术式以椎板间开窗为宜;近期效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the clinical features and treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in adolescents.Methods:The clinical data and imaging of 11 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in adolescents with the age of 15 to 18 were analyzed retrospectively.All the cases were performed interlaminar partial laminal fenestration after invalid conservative therapy.Results:All the cases were followed up from 0.5 to 2.5 years.The results were excellent in 8 cases and good in 2 cases.The excellent... |
