| 摘 要： | 目的观察文拉法辛对冠心病合并焦虑抑郁障碍患者治疗的疗效。方法将196例冠心病患者采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评定焦虑抑郁情绪,检测出合并焦虑抑郁症者52例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,前者给予常规治疗,后者在常规治疗同时加用抗抑郁药物文拉法辛胶囊,治疗8周。于治疗前及治疗第8周末进行对比分析。结果治疗组在治疗第8周末SAS及SDS评分较治疗前及对照组均显著下降（P〈0.05）,心绞痛、心律失常、心肌梗死及心源性猝死发生率明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论冠心病合并焦虑抑郁症患者在常规治疗同时加用文拉法辛,其疗效显著优于单纯常规治疗。
