| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨全麻下遥控灌肠整复仪空气灌肠必要时手法辅助复位治疗小儿肠套叠疗效。方法：搜集2006-2010年有完整随访资料的肠套叠患者150例,所有患者均经X线或B超诊断为肠套叠,均在全麻下遥控灌肠整复仪空气灌肠整复,必要时手法辅助复位治疗。结果：150例患儿中38例需手法辅助复位,148例整复成功,其中2例48 h内复套,行第二次整复成功后未再复套;2例失败。结论：空气灌肠为小儿肠套叠的首选治疗方法,而全麻下遥控灌肠整复仪空气灌肠,有利于灌肠压力控制,可缩短整复曝光时间,减少患儿及放射工作人员的放射线损伤,必要时手法辅助复位治疗可提高整复成功率。
