| Abstract: | Process reengineering and operation restructuring can be used as one of the methods to convert ideas,improve service and management in hospital.The article describes the workflow of the out-patient prepaid card in Hospital Information System,analyzes the problems in the implementation,summarizes the experiences and lessons,and proposes measures for improvement. |
