| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手法耳石复位在良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)治疗中的应用。方法回顾性总结2007年1月—2009年12月行耳石复位治疗的75例BPPV病人的临床资料。治疗首先确定责任半规管,然后行耳石复位。后及前半规管BPPV采用改良的Epley复位法,外半规管BPPV采用Barbecue翻滚法。结果经首次耳石复位治疗后体位性眩晕消失病人53例(70.6%),10例经过2次治疗、7例经过3次治疗后体位性眩晕消失,总有效率为93.3%。结论 BPPV治疗的关键是确定责任半规管,据此选择不同的耳石复位方法进行治疗。耳石复位治疗安全可靠,应为BPPV的首选治疗方法。
