| 摘 要： | 目的：总结创伤及手术后患者胃肠道动力障碍的处理方法。方法：30例创伤及手术后患者出现肛门停止排便排气、腹胀、腹痛、恶心、呕吐、呼吸困难等症状后，应用综合疗法，包括持续胃肠减压，灌肠，纠正水电解质紊乱、酸碱失衡及营养支持，肌注新斯的明或口服溴吡斯的明等。结果：经治疗30例患者均于1～3 d内肛门排气排便，腹胀缓解，食欲增...
