| 摘 要： | 目的:观察比较氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂和甲醛甲酚用于根管消毒的疗效。方法:选择112颗有根管治疗指征的患牙,随机均分为观察组和对照组,均二次完成根管治疗。对照组患牙采用甲醛甲酚棉捻根管内封药,观察组患牙采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂根管内封药消毒,1周后第1次复诊,评定治疗效果。结果:2组患牙根管封药1周后观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂用于根管消毒疗效较好。
