| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨蛹虫草菌丝体多糖提取方法的应用。方法:利用水提法和微波助提法提取蛹虫草菌丝体中多糖成分,利用苯酚-硫酸法测定其多糖的含量。结果:水提法粗多糖的提取率为22.26%,微波助提法的提取率为15.16%。结论:菌丝体粗多糖提取过程中应用传统水提法提取率高,但其工艺复杂、耗时,微波助提法工艺简便、快速。
