| 摘 要： | 公益性和积极性均衡是我国公立医院改革的根本方向。依据否定之否定原理剖析公益性和积极性均衡的形成过程，基于激励相容利益解构公益性和积极性均衡的本质内涵，利用解麻雀的方法剖析公益性和积极性均衡化发展模式的概念内涵。
