| 摘 要： | 目的利用脐带获取内皮细胞 ,在体外建立内皮细胞系。方法用消化酶消化收集脐内皮细胞 ,扩增 ,冻存 ,复苏。结果在体外可获得大量生物学特性保持良好的内皮细胞。结论本方法简便易行 ,为临床血管内皮化研究提供保证

| Abstract: | Objective From human umbilical cord to obtain endothelial cells establishment of endothelial cells line in vitro. Methods Using digestive enzyme receive endothelial cells and proliferation, freezing, resusciation. Results A large of the endothelial cells can be obtained, which its biological characteristic is not changed. Conclusion With above method simply and timely established endothelial cells line in vitro can be obtained. |
