摘    要:目的 观察不同氧疗方式对海水淹溺肺水肿 (PE -SWD)的治疗作用。方法 实验动物随机分为正常对照组、海水淹溺组、高压氧 (HBO)治疗组、机械通气 (MV)组。在不同时间点观察动脉血气分析、生命体征、肺损伤指标 ,并进行病理学检查和观察存活时间。结果 两种氧疗方式治疗后PaO2 、SaO2 较海水淹溺组有明显改善 (P <0 0 1) ,异常的生命体征得到一定程度纠正 ,肺损伤程度减轻。治疗组动物存活时间明显延长 ,且机械通气组优于高压氧组。结论 高压氧和机械通气治疗可明显控制PE -SWD时的低氧血症 ,并减轻肺损伤程度

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO)and mechanical ventilation(MV)on pulmonary edema after seawater drowning(PE-SWD)in rabbits.Methods The rabbits were randomly divided into the control group,the PE-SWD group,the HBO therapy group and the MV group.Blood gas analysis,vital signs and lung injury status were monitored at various time points.After 3-hour therapy,7 rabbits of each group were killed for pathology.The others went on surviving and were observed till death.Results PaO 2 and SaO 2 were significantly improved after HBO therapy and MV therapy in PE-SWD rabbits ( P <0 01).The abnormality of vital signs was ameliorated.The degree of lung injury relieved.The rabbits in MV group and HBO group had longer survival time than those in PE-SWD group.The ones in MV group had the longest survival time.Conclusions Our study showed that HBO therapy and MV significantly improved hypoxemia of PE-SWD in rabbits,and relieved the degree of lung injury to some extent.
