| 摘 要： | 目的探讨丹参注射液对四肢骨折患者血液流变学及血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取2009年1月～2011年3月的76例四肢骨折患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（常规治疗组）38例和观察组（加用丹参注射液组）38例，后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后1d及7d的全血黏度、全血还原黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞的聚集指数、刚性指数、电泳指数和血清CRP、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平进行检测及比较。结果观察组治疗后1d及7d的全血黏度、全血还原黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞的聚集指数、刚性指数、电泳指数和血清CRP、IL-1、IL-6、TNF—α水平均低于对照组，两组各项因子水平呈现先升后降的趋势，有显著性差异或有非常显著性差异（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论丹参注射液可改善四肢骨折患者血液流变学及血清炎性因子，促进骨折尽早愈合。
