| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药熏眼治疗玄府郁滞型干眼症24例的临床疗效。方法将48例干眼症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例，治疗组采用中药熏眼法，对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液点眼法，21d为一个疗程。主要对其症状、泪液分泌时间、泪膜破裂时间等进行观察。结果治疗后治疗组有效率优于对照组，具有显着性差异（P〈0．05）。结论中药熏眼治疗干眼症疗效优于玻璃酸钠滴眼液眼点治疗干眼症。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical efficacy of chinese medicine fumigates for dry eye syndrome of xuanfuyuzhixing.Methods Forty-eight patients with dry eye syndrome of xuanfuyuzhixing were divided into treatment group and control group of 24 patients in each. The patients in the treatment group received fumigation by Chinese medicine; The patients in the control group received sodium hyaluronate eye drops. We mainly observed the symptoms, time of tear secretion and tear film break up time. Results There were statistical difference in the subjective symptoms and clinical signs between two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigates is superior to sodium hyaluronate eye drops on dry eye syndrome. |
