系统完整的健康教育模式在小儿上呼吸道感染中的应用

目的通过对系统完整的健康教育模式在小儿上呼吸道感染（AURI）中应用的研究,探讨系统完整的健康教育模式在小儿AURI防治中的作用。方法将100例AURI患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,分别应用系统完整的健康教育模式和常规的健康教育模式进行健康教育,对患儿及家长接受健康教育后1年内AURI的再次发病率进行对照研究。结果两组患儿接受健康教育的有效率及接受健康教育后1年内AURI的发病率在统计学上差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论系统完整的健康教育模式能预防和减少AURI的发生,提高小儿家长对AURI的护理能力,有效提高小儿的生活质量。

The Application of Systematic and Complete Health Education Model in Children with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective To explore the systematic and complete health education model in the role of prevention and treatment of children with AURI through the study of the application for systematic and complete health education in children with upper respiratory tract infection model （ AURI ）. Methods All 100 cases of AURI were randomly divided into experimental and control group. The experimental group used systematic and complete health education model. The control used regular health education model. To research the re-incidence of AURI after the children and parents receiving health education within one year. Results The efficient and the re- incidence of AURI after receiving effective health education in one year of the experimental group showed superior to that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The systematic and complete health education model can prevent and reduce the incidence of AURI, improve the parents of AURI＇s pediatric care ability and improve children＇s quality of life.
