| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对于老年炎性肺不张患者实施甲硝唑经纤支镜灌洗和局部给药方法的临床治疗效果。方法老年炎性肺不张患者80例随机分为两组（n=40）：对照组采取常规方法治疗，观察组在这个基础上给予甲硝唑经纤支镜灌洗，并且局部给予盐酸氨溴索及庆大霉素。结果与对照组比较，观察组的总有效率明显较高（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组的发热、咳嗽、咳痰评分及PaO2、SaO2％、PaCO2均明显好转，效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对老年炎性肺不张患者实施甲硝唑经纤支镜灌洗同时局部给药可以作为一种有效的方法推广使用。
