| 摘 要： | 目的对比分析动力髋螺钉（DHS）固定与股骨近端髓内钉（PFN）内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床效果及并发症情况。方法将我科2005年3月～2010年6月收治的股骨转子间骨折患者94例随机分为D／IS组和PFN组，每组47例，应用统计学方法对两组的临床治疗效果及并发症情况进行比较分析。结果与DHS组比较，PFN组的有效率明显高于DHS组，手术时间及术中出血量明显少于DHS组，骨折愈合时间明显短于DHS组，并发症发生率明显低于DHS组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论DHS与PFN内固定治疗股骨转子问骨折均具有较好的疗效，但PFN的并发症少于DHS，因此临床医生需根据手术适应证来确定内固定方法。
