| 摘 要： | 目的评价二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床疗效。方法40例多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗患者使用二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗6个月，对患者治疗前后的临床症状及内分泌生化指标进行观察与分析。结果治疗后患者激素中LH、LH／FSH、T、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、Homa—IR各指标比较有显著性差异；月经紊乱、痤疮、多毛等临床症状明显改善。结论二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征，能有效控制高雄激素血症，明显改善临床症状，提高胰岛素敏感性。
