利普刀（LEEP）治疗宫颈糜烂100例疗效观察

目的观察利普刀（LEEP）治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法200例中重度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为观察组（LEEP）组和对照组（微波）各100例，比较两组的总有效率及并发症情况。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为98．0％和86．0％，两组总有效率比较差异有显著性（χ^2=7．620，P=0．012〈0．05），随访1年，观察组的复发率3．0％，明显低于对照组（χ^2=9．760，P〈0．01）；与对照组比较，观察组术中出血量、术后脱痂出血量分别明显少于对照组，且观察组阴道排液时间明显短于对照组（t=2．421，2．643，2．752，P〈0．05）。结论利普刀（LEEP）治疗宫颈糜烂安全可靠，治愈率高、疗效显著，值得推广和应用。

The Efficacy LEEP in Treatment of 100 Cases Cervical Erosion
