| 摘 要： | 目的观察通心络胶囊联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法36例患者随机分为两组，每组18例，均在常规应用非甾体抗炎药的基础上，治疗组予以通心络加柳氮磺胺吡啶（SASP）口服；对照组服用SASP；均治疗3个月，比较两组疗效及血沉和C反应蛋白指标的差异和不良反应。结果治疗组患者的上述各观察指标与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通心络胶囊联合SASP治疗强直性脊柱炎对缓解临床症状及改善有关实验室指标效果明显且迅速，具有一定优势，临床使用较安全。
