健康教育对脊髓损伤患者脊髓功能恢复的影响

目的探讨健康教育对脊髓损伤患者脊髓功能恢复的影响。方法选择我院2009年1月-2011年1月收治的脊髓损伤患者36例，随机分为观察组和对照组各18例。对照组患者只接受药物基础治疗和一般护理；观察组患者除接受药物基础治疗和一般护理外还同时接受系统的健康教育。比较两组患者出院3个月后的各项功能评分。结果两组运动、感觉、触觉评分、Barthel指数及FIM评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组优于对照组。结论健康教育能加快患者脊髓功能恢复的速度，真正提高脊髓损伤患者的生活质量，对患者、家庭和社会都具有重要的意义，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Health Education on Spinal Function Recovery in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

Objective To explore the effect of health education on spinal function recovery in patients with spinal cord injury. Methods All 36 patients with spinal cord injury from January 2009 to January 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group only accepted drug and general care. Observation Group received systems of health education based on besides drugs and general care. The function score of the two groups of patients discharged from hospital after 3 months were compared. Results There were significant difference in exercise, feel, touch, FIM score and Barthel index scores between two groups, and observer group was better than the control group. Conclusion Health education can accelerate the speed of functional recovery in patients with health education, truly enhance the quality of life of patients with spinal cord injury. It has great significance to patients, families and society. Therefore, it is worth clinical application.
