| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析70例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组应用阿托伐他汀及贝那普利，对照组应用贝那普利，治疗周期6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后TC、TG、UAER、Scr、BUN及MAP水平。结果①观察组患者治疗前后TC及TG水平均有明显下降（P〈0．01）。治疗后，观察组患者TC及TG水平较对照组明显降低（P〈0．05）。②治疗后，两组患者UAER均有明显降低（P〈0．05），观察组UAER为（52．39±29．57）μg／min，明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。③治疗后，两组患者MAP均有显著降低（P〈0．05）。结论阿托伐他汀联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病疗效好，可以明显减少UAER，保护。肾功能，具有较高的临床应用价值。
