| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨子宫颈癌患者手术治疗前放疗对血清血管内皮生长因子( VEGF)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)水平的影响.方法选择我院肿瘤科子宫颈癌患者65例,随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(32例),对照组行单纯手术治疗,观察组在手术前进行放疗,对比分析两组患者治疗前后的血清VEGF、SCC-Ag变化及近期预后情况.结果观察组和对照组术后血清VEGF、SCC-Ag含量均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组近期生存率为90.91％,优于对照组的71.88％ (P＜0.05),但两组之间并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论术前放疗可明显降低子宫颈癌患者血清VEGF、SCC-Ag水平,且预后较好.
