老年人消化性溃疡的临床特征

目的探讨老年人消化性溃疡的临床特征。方法对83例老年人消化性溃疡与同期收治的89例非老年人消化性溃疡的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果83例老年性消化性溃疡中胃溃疡50例（60．2％），高位溃疡28例（33．7％）、巨大溃疡20例（24．1％），发生常见并发症71例（85．5％），以上消化道出血为首发症状者27例（32．5％），因并发症死亡15例（18．1％），高于非老年人组（P〈0．05）。结论老年人消化性溃疡具有不规范的临床表现，病程迁延，并发率高，出血者多而严重，死亡率高；患胃溃疡病的很多，溃疡出现位置较高且大，同时伴发有许多其他疾病，有很高的死亡率，内科疗效不理想，治疗越早越好。

The Clinical Characteristic of Peptic Ulcer in Elderly Patient

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of the elderly peptic ulcer. Methods The clinical data of 83 cases of therly peptic ulcer and the same period of the 89 cases of non-elderly peptic ulcer were retrospectively analyzed. Results For 83 cases of elderly peptic ulcer,50 cases were gastric ulcer （ 60.2% ）,28 cases of high ulcer （ 33.7% ）,20 cases of huge ulcer （ 24.1% ）,71 cases of the common complication happened（ 85.5% ）, amongupper gastrointestinal bleeding as the first symptoms was 27 cases（ 32.5% ）, 15 cases dead due to complications （ 18.1% ）, higher than the non-elderly group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The elderly are not the typical clinical symptoms of peptic ulcer, mainly to gastric ulcer, prone to high and/or a huge ulcer ulcer, associated with manyases, high incidence and mortality rate of complications, and the effect of medical treatment is dissatisfied, so early surgical treatment should do.
