| 摘 要： | 目的调查本地区中学生痤疮患病情况，为今后的临床研究提供资料。方法用分层整群抽样调查方法对本地区8所学校的2015名中学生进行关于痤疮的流行病学问卷调查。结果77．07％的中学生有座疮病史，现患率为54．99％，初次发病平均年龄（13．36±1．38）岁。结论中学生座疮患病率较高，但他们对痤疮的有关知识了解不足，因而有必要在学校或社区开展有关痤疮知识的健康教育。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the Acne prevalence of hight school students in the region, and to provide informationn for the clinical research. Methods By making stratified cluster sample survey with questionnaires on 2015 students form 8 high school in the region about the acne prevalence. Results 77.07% of the students had suffered from acne, the prevalence rate was 54.99%, the average age of their initial onset was （ 13.36 ＋ 1.38 ）years old. Conclusion The aene prevalence rate of the high students is quite high, but they do not have enough knowledge about acne, so there is a great need to carry out health education on knowledge of acne at school or at community. |
