| 摘 要： | 目的探讨氟伐他汀对原发性高血压患者内皮依赖性血管舒张功能的影响，探讨其作用机制，为临床诊治提供新的思路和方法。方法120例高血压患者随机分为A组（氟伐他汀）和B组（地尔硫卓）各60例，分别于治疗开始前和治疗6个月后检测两组的血压、血脂及血管内皮功能的变化。另选40例同期正常体检者作为健康对照组。结果治疗6个月后，A组血压降低程度较B组更明显（P〈0．05）；A组的TC、TG、LDL—C均较B组显著降低，而HDL—C较B组明显升高（P〈0．05）；A组FMD较治疗前变化明显（P〈0．05），且接近正常对照组水平（P〉0．05），而B组的FMD治疗前后改善不明显（P〉0．05），仍明显低于正常对照组（P〈0．05）。两组NME治疗前后均未见明显改善（P〉0．05），且分别与正常对照组比较，均未达到正常对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论高血压患者应用氟伐他汀除了使血压、血脂降低外，还能明显改善患者的血管内皮舒张功能，为日后高血压的血管内皮舒张功能的研究机制及临床治疗提供了进一步的指导依据。
