| 摘 要： | 目的探讨补充双歧三联活菌对大肠癌术后肠道菌群的影响。方法将我院收治的大肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组术前肠道准备采用传统方法，观察组在此基础上给予双歧三联活菌。结果与手术前比较，对照组手术后大肠杆菌明显增加，双歧杆菌及B／E明显降低，内毒素明显升高（P〈0．05）.观察组手术后双歧杆菌及B／E明显降低（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后B／E、阳性率、术后感染并发症均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论术前补充双歧三联菌能够改善大肠癌患者的术前肠道菌群失调，有利于术后肠道菌群重建，使术后并发症明显降低。
