| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高血压脑出血的术后护理方法及康复措施。方法制定护理方案，严密观察病情，监测生命体征，预防并发症的发生。结果好转出院88例，植物生存8例，死亡10例。死亡率9，4％。结论科学、严密、有效的护理措施，可提高高血压脑出血术后护理质量，降低病死率、致残率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate a nursing method and rehabilitation measure for the patients of postoperative hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Making a nursing plan, observing disease condition rigorously, monitoring of vital signs, preventing complications. Results 88 cases discharged from the hospital, 8 cases persistent vegetative status, 10 cases were dead. Mortality rate was 9.4%. Conclusion A scientific, rigorous and effective nursing measure is very necessary for improving nursing quality and reducing the mortality and disability rate. |
