哮喘急性发作患儿血T细胞亚群改变的研究

目的 检测哮喘患儿血T细胞亚群水平,以探讨其与哮喘的发生及发作程度间的关系.方法 选择哮喘急性发作期患儿30例,疾病对照(支气管肺炎)组25例,健康对照组14例.用流式细胞仪测定分析外周血T细胞亚群(CD4+T、CD8+T、CD4+/CD8+).结果 哮喘组中无论足轻度还是中、重度发作患儿,CD4+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+均显著高于健康对照组.结论 (1)CD4+T细胞在哮喘慢性气道炎症中发挥重要作用.(2)与轻症患儿比较,中、重度哮喘患儿CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+无明显差异,CD8+T细胞略有升高,此结果还有待进一步研究.

Study on the Changes of T Lymphocyte Subsets in Children with Acute asthma Attacks
