通心络辅以舒适护理在慢性心力衰竭治疗的观察体会

目的探讨通心络辅以舒适护理干预与常规西药治疗对慢性心力衰竭的疗效差异。方法选择80例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组仅给予常规西药抗心衰治疗,治疗组在常规西药抗心衰治疗的基础上,加用通心络及辅以舒适护理,观察治疗前及治疗4周后的疗效及心功能变化。结果治疗4周后,对照组总有效率95%,治疗组为77.5%。且治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组和心功能改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通心络治疗慢性心力衰竭辅以细心、舒适护理,疗效显著,优于常规西药治疗。

Experience of Tongxinluo assisted by comfort nursing for treating chronic heart failure

Objective: To observe the differences between the effects of Tongxinluo assisted by comfort nursing intervention and routine western medicine therapy on chronic heart failure.Methods: Eighty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,of which 40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy of heart failure,while the other 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with Tongxinluo and comfort nursing in addition to conventional therapy of heart failure.The efficacy and heart function were observed before treatment and treatment for 4 weeks.Results: After 4 weeks,the total effective rate was 77.5% in the control group and 95% in the treatment group.The total effective rate and heart function in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Tongxinluo assisted by comfort nursing for treatment of chronic heart failure is more effective than traditional western medicine therapy.
