| 摘 要： | 目的:比较湖南省3种不同来源的灰毡毛忍冬花蕾中挥发油成分.方法:采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)研究湖南金银花主流品种灰毡毛忍冬花蕾中挥发油的化学成分.结果与结论:3种不同来源的灰毡毛忍冬花蕾中的挥发油均含有芳樟醇(Linalool)、香叶醇(Geraniol)、α-松油醇(α-Terpineol)、辛烯醇(1-Octen-3oL)、二十一烷醇(3-Henen-1-oL)等26个相同成分,其中芳樟醇的百分含量最高,在隆回、溆浦、新宁产灰毡毛忍冬花蕾中所占相对含量分别为15.77%、28.85%、31.88%.

| Abstract: | AIM: To compare the volatile oils of Lonicera macranthoides Hands-Mazz. from three plantation. METHODS: The volatile oil of L. macranthoides Hands-Mazz. was studied by GC-MS. RESULTS and CONCLUSION: The volatile oil in three different samples contained 26 kinds of same components: such as Linaiool, Geraniol, a-Terpineol, 1-Octen-30ol,3-Henen-1-ol and so on. The content of Linaiool was the highest which was 15.17%, 28.85% and 31.88% in L. macranthoides Hands-Mazz. from Longhui County, Xupu County and Xinning County. |
