类风湿性关节炎患者血清性激素水平的临床研究

目的：探讨类风湿性关节炎（RA）与性激素之间的关系。方法：用放射免疫法检测了34例男性及女性绝经期后RA患者血清性激素水平。结果：RA患者血清睾酮（Te)浓度明显低于正常对照组（P＜0．01），孕酮（PRO）浓度亦低于正常对照组（P＜0．05），男性RA患者血清雌二醇（E2）及泌乳素（PRL）浓度均高于正常对照组（P＜0．05），女性RA患者血清E2浓度亦明显高于正常对照组（P＜0．01），而RA患者促卵泡素（FSH）、促黄体素（LH）浓度及女性RA患者血清PRL浓度与正常对照组之间均无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论：性激素对RA的发病有一定的影响。

CLINICAL STUDY OF GONADAL HORMONE OF BLOOD SERUM IN PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Objective:To determine the relationship between reheumatiod arthritis and gonadal hormone.Methods:Gonadal hormone of blood serum was measured with radio_Immunization in 34 patients with rheumatoid arthritis including 11 males and 23 postmentopause females;twenty_three healthy volunteers were kept as contrast.Results:Compared with health group,patient group had a significant decrease in testosterone concentration ( P <0.01),progesterone concentration ( P <0.05),and an increase in estradiol concentration ( P <0.01) and prolactin concentration ( P <0.01) in males,estradiol concentration ( P <0.05) in females.There was no difference in follicle stimulating hormone,luteining hormone,prolactin in females between the two groups.Conclusions:Gonadal hormone abnormality may be a factor affecting the occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis.
