| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清中嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(Eotaxin)水平与呼吸道腺病毒感染的关系.方法 采用ELISA法检测呼吸道腺病毒感染的患儿、非腺病毒感染的患儿与正常幼儿血清中Eotaxin的含量.结果呼吸道腺病毒感染患儿与非腺病毒感染患儿、正常幼儿血清Eotaxin水平间差别有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论血清Eotaxin 水平可以作为衡量腺病毒感染呼吸道炎症的一个临床指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the relationship b etween Eotaxin level in serum and respiratory adenovirus infection.Met hods ELISA was used to detect the concentration of Eotaxin in serum i n the adenovirus-infected group,non-infection group and normal contrast group. Results The content of Eotaxin in patients with adenoviral in fection was much higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05),and higher than that in patients without adenoviral infection(P<0.05).Con clusion Eotaxin can be used as a clinical index to diagnose the serio us adenoviral infection of respiratory in children. |
