| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定蝎龙接骨散活性成分血竭素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法：采用VP—ODS（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，以乙腈-0．05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钠溶液（45：55）（用磷酸调pH为3．5）为流动相，流速为1．0l·min^-1，检测波长：440nm。结果：血竭素在9．59～47．941μg·ml^-1浓度范围内，峰面积与浓度线性关系良好，r=0．9996，平均加样回收率为99．75％（RSD=0．99％）。结论：本法简便，准确，可用于蝎龙接骨散中血竭素的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of dracorhodin in Xielongjiegu powder. Method： Samples were determined by HPLC on a VP-ODS column（250mm × 4.6mm,5 μm） with a mixture of acetonitrile -0.05mol· L^-1 Natrium bihydrogen phosphanate （ adjusted pH to 3.5 with phosphoric acid） （45：55 ） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml· min ^- 1 and UV detection wavelength was at 440nm. Result： The calibration curves of dracorhodin was linear from 9.59 to 47.94μg·ml^-1 （ r = 0.999 6）, the average recovery and RSD was 99.75% and 0.99%, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for assay the content of dracorhodin in Xielongjiegu powder. |
