食管胃结合部腺癌的外科手术治疗

近几十年来食管胃结合部腺癌的发生率显著增高,且预后远不及胃窦部癌好。外科手术是食管胃结合部腺癌的主要治疗手段,但由于食管胃结合部腺癌解剖位置的特殊性,使其在诸多问题上存在争议。本文对食管胃结合部腺癌的分型、病理分期及外科手术治疗中存在的争议性问题进行综述,以便为临床中手术治疗提供一定参考。

Surgical treatment of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction

In recent decades, gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma incidence was significantly higher, and the prognosis is worse than antrum cancer. Surgical operation is the major treatment means of the adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction. Due to its special anatomic location, there are many disputes on the disease. In this paper, the controversial issue of the type, pathological stage and the design of operation plan of the disease will be reviewed, in order to provide certain reference in clinical treatment.
