老年性重型颅脑损伤57例临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨临床治疗老年性重型颅脑损伤的方法和效果。方法对57例老年重型颅脑损伤病例临床资料,包括入院时间、格拉斯哥昏迷计分(GCS)、原发疾病、并发症、合并症等进行回顾性综合分析。结果格拉斯哥预后分级(GOS)评定:良好19例,中残8例,重残7例,植物生存4例,死亡19例。结论入院时间、GCS、原发疾病、并发症、合并症等是影响预后的主要因素。重视原发病的治疗,掌握手术适应证,控制血糖,合理应用激素,积极处理合并症和并发症可提高生存率,降低残死率。

Abstract:Objective To study the methods and evaluate the clinical effects of surgical treatment of aged people craniocerebral injurys.Methods The clinical features of 57 cases of aged people with grave craniocerebral injury,including hospitalization time,GCS,primary disease and complications were generally analyzed.Results The evaluation of GOS: fine: 19 cases,moderately disabled: 8 cases,heavily disabled: 7 cases,plant survival: 4 cases,died: 19 cases.Conclusion The critical factors such as hospitalization time,GCS,primary disease and complications influenced the prognosis.Taking the measures such as thinking highly of the treatment of primary disease,mastering the indication of surgery,controlling the blood glocuse,reasonably applying excitatory autacoid and actively treating the complications,can increase the survival rate and decrease the disable and fatality rate.
