| 摘 要： | 目的探讨花锚中齐墩果酸不同产地和物候期的变化。方法 用高效液相色谱法对不同产地(栽培和野生)和物候期(栽培)花锚样品中齐墩果酸含量进行了比较分析。结果 齐墩果酸的含量随海拔和物候期的变化明显。结论随海拔的增加,花锚中齐墩果酸的含量有一定的升高;栽培植物的含量低于野生植物;随物候生长有一定的规律变化,花期含量最高。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the variations of oleanolic acid contents in Halenia elliptica D.Don from different origins and growth phases. METHODS Oleanolic acid contents in artificially cultivated and naturally distributed samples of different growth phases and origins were determined by HPLC. RESULTS The contents of oleanolic acid varied remarkably with growth phases and altitudes. CONCLUSION The contents of oleanolic acid increased with altitudes, lower in artificially cultivated samples than that of naturally distributed samples at the same altitude and reached the highest at flowering stage. |
