摘    要:血小板活化、内皮损伤在非瓣膜性心房颤动(房颤)的血栓形成中发挥始动作用。对房颤血小板活化、内皮损伤及抗栓治疗对其影响做进一步的探讨,有助于对房颤脑卒中的危险因素进行更好的评估,并对临床上预防非瓣膜性房颤血栓栓塞的发生提供更多的依据及治疗方法。

Abstract:Platelet activation and endothelial dysfunction play the initial role in the thrombus formation of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.Further research into platelet activation and endothelial dysfunction and the effects of anti-thrombotic therapy on them may be helpful in improving evaluation of stroke risk factors in atrial fibrillation,as well as provide additional strategies for the prevention of thromboembolism.
