| 摘 要： | 药物引起的获得性长QT综合征中由于尖端扭转型室性心动过速引发的心脏骤停尽管罕见但却是致命的,尤其对于住院病人。现综述尖端扭转型室性心动过速的心电图特征、即将发生心律失常的征兆、获得性长QT综合征的细胞学机制、当前对于遗传易感性的认识、最容易引起尖端扭转型室性心动过速的药物、医院内监测QT间期的方法、QT显著延长和尖端扭转型室性心动过速的即刻处理策略等,为尖端扭转型室性心动过速的院内预防提供参考。

| Abstract: | Cardiac arrest due to torsade de pointes(TdP) in the acquired form of drug-induced long-QT syndrome(LQTS) is a rare but potentially catastrophic event in hospital settings.Topics reviewed include the ECG characteristics of TdP and signs of impending arrhythmia,cellular mechanisms of acquired LQTS and current opinions about genetic susceptibility,drugs and drug combinations most likely to cause TdP,methods to monitor QT intervals,and immediate management of marked QT prolongation and TdP. |
