纳米碳酸钙对大鼠精子畸形和外周血淋巴细胞DNA的影响

摘    要:目的初步探索纳米碳酸钙对大鼠精子和外周血淋巴细胞DNA的影响。方法将32只雄性Wistar大鼠按体重随机分为4组,分别为阴性对照组(生理盐水),低剂量组(0.8mg/ml纳米碳酸钙),中剂量组(4mg/ml纳米碳酸钙),高剂量组(20mg/ml纳米碳酸钙)和用气管注入法对动物进行染毒,每周染毒一次,连续五周。对外周血淋巴细胞DNA的损伤用彗星实验进行分析,用精子畸形试验观察畸形率。结果染毒期间各组动物体重均有增长,各组间的增长量与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);各染毒组精子畸形率均高于对照组,但是差异没有统计学意义(P0.05);各染毒组外周血淋巴细胞DNA的迁移率均明显高于阴性对照组,中、高剂量组与阴性对照组之间的差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在本试验条件下,纳米碳酸钙可造成大鼠外周血淋巴细胞DNA的损伤。

Abstract:Objective To explore primarily the effect of nano-CaCO3 on sperm and peripheral blood lymphocytes DNA of rats.
