| 摘 要： | 肠梗阻是腹部手术后常见的并发症，术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床表现虽与其他肠梗阻有相同之处，但有其明显的特殊性，处理不当会增加病人痛苦，甚或引起肠瘘、腹腔感染等严重并发症。我院自1995年1月至2005年12月收治本病15例，现报告如下。
