自助式健康管理模式对社区居民健康行为的影响

目的了解自助式健康管理模式对社区居民健康行为的影响。方法在社区卫生服务中心建立居民自助式健康小屋,为居民提供血压、血糖、BMI、骨密度、肺功能、脂肪分析、心血管功能以及心电图8个项目免费检测,比较334名社区居民参加健康小屋检测前后有关健康指标的知晓率、日常生活方式和锻炼行为的改变情况。结果居民参加健康小屋检测后对身高、体质量、腰围、血压、血糖等健康指标知晓率显著高于参加健康小屋检测前(均P<0.01);其日常生活方式及锻炼行为也显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论居民自助式健康管理模式能提高居民对健康重要性的认识,有利于社区居民形成健康的生活方式,提高健康水平。

Influence of self-service health management model on health behaviors of community residents

Objective To study the influence of self-service health management model on health behaviors of community residents.Methods The Self-service Health Room(SSHR) was set in the community health center,providing free examination of blood pressure(BP),blood sugar,body mass index(BMI),bone mineral density,lung function,body fat analysis,cardiovascular function and ECG.We compared 334 community residents′ awareness of health indicators,daily lifestyles and exercise behaviors before and after SSHR participation.Results Community residents′ awareness of such indicators as height,weight,waist circumference,BP and blood sugar,etc.were significantly higher than before(P<0.01 for all).Moreover,the residents also enjoyed significant progress in daily lifestyle and exercise behaviors(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Self-service health management model could successfully promote residents′ health awareness,contribute to healthy lifestyle and be in favor of health improvement.
