| 摘 要： | 目的 观察德莫林联合半导体激光对会阴侧切伤口的疗效.方法 将自然分娩行会阴侧切术的无妊娠合并症初产妇245例,随机分为A组81例、B组80例及C组84例.A组产后3d常规用0.5％碘伏擦洗会阴,2次/d;B组用0.5％碘伏擦洗会阴后使用德莫林涂抹伤口,2次/d;C组用0.5％碘伏擦洗会阴后先进行半导体激光治疗,再用德莫...

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate effectiveness of dermlin combined with semiconductor laser on lateral episiotomy incision.Methods A total of 245 primiparas without pregnancy complications who had undergone lateral episiotomy during labor were randomly divided into three groups.Group A(81 cases) were given 0.5% iodophor to scrub the perineum,twice a day,in the first 3 days after delivery.Group B(80 cases) were additionally given dermlin to rub the incision after iodophor scrubbing,twice a day.Group C(84 cases) receive... |
