| 摘 要： | 目的 改良干细胞移植患者进入层流病房前的皮肤消毒方法,以获得更好的洁净效果.方法 将拟进行造血干细胞移植的患者46例随机分为两组,每组23例.对照组采用醋酸氯己定浸泡法进行体表无菌处理；观察组在醋酸氯己定浸泡后,进行一次全身0.05％碘伏擦拭处理.处理完毕取全身6个部位行皮肤拭子细菌培养,检测消毒效果.结果 对照组11...
