优质护理服务中基础护理落实的难点及管理

目的探讨基础护理有效实施的管理措施。方法针对基础护理落实不到位的状况,找出存在的问题为患者拒绝(75.75%)、护理决策问题(11.08%)、护士对全面落实基础护理认识不到位(6.74%)及护理管理方面的问题(6.43%);采取针对性改进措施,实施5个月后评价效果。结果干预后15项(17项中除外床上移动和安全管理)基础护理除整理床单位、床上用便器、尿管护理3项外,另12项落实率均显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论经过调查研究后制定的针对性管理措施可有效解决基础护理落实中的难点,提高基础护理落实率。

Difficulties in basic nursing implementation in quality nursing care:the management

Objective To explore effective management measures in basic nursing enforcement.Methods Targeting to the unsatisfied implementation of basic nursing care,the researchers identified such existing problems as patients′ rejection(75.75%),nursing decision mistakes(11.08%),nurses having poor recognition in comprehensive implementation of basic nursing service(6.74%) and nursing management difficulties(6.43%).Corresponding countermeasures were adopted to tackle with these problems.We also evaluated the outcomes five months later.Results After the intervention,among the 15 items of basic nursing practice(except moving in bed and safety management),the implementation rates of 12 items were significantly raised(P<0.05,P<0.01);ho-wever,such 3 items as bed unit arrangement,utilization of urinal in the bed and urinary catheters care were implemented as frequently as they had been.Conclusion The management measures formulated through investigation offer effective solution to the difficulties in basic nursing enforcement.Moreover,the measures successfully improve basic nursing implementation.
