| Abstract: | Salivary agglutinin(SAG) is a kind of glycoprotein that can mediate bacterial aggregation or adhesion. More and more researches have focused on the interaction between SAG and bacteria recently. This review sum-marized the research progress in thve biochemical characteristics of SAG and its pivotal role in the bacterial ag-gregation and adhesion. |
