| Abstract: | This report describes a case of a postoperative bronchopleural fistula successfully managed with a modified Dumon stent. Surgical interventions for the bronchopleural fistula with empyema were subsequently avoided. Dumon stent is an acceptable option for the treatment of postoperative bronchopleural fistulas. |
