改良筋膜内子宫切除术式的临床分析

目的　探讨筋膜内子宫切除术式改良的临床价值。方法　将 86例子宫良性疾病需行子宫切除术的患者 ,随机分成两组 :4 5例采用改良筋膜内子宫切除术 ,4 1例采用传统腹式子宫切除术。结果　两组手术时间无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,术中出血量、术后病率、术后恢复性生活时间及满意度有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　改良筋膜内子宫切除术具有损伤小、出血少、恢复快等特点 ,对术后性生活影响小 ,是一种较理想的治疗子宫良性疾病的手术方式。

Investigation on the improvement of intrafascial hysterectomy technique

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the improvement of intrafascial hysterectomy technique.Methods 86 patients with benign utrine diseases were divided into two groups.45 patients were treated with intrafascial hysterectomy were compared with 41 patients were treated with total abdominal hysterectomy (TAH).Results The average operative duration of improvement intrafascial hysterectomy were not longer significantly than that of TAH (P>0.05).The blood loss, the postoperative morbidity rate,the sex recovery time decreased with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients undergoing improvement intrafascial hysterectomy show micro-incision, less blood, better postoperative life quality .It is ideal methods that remedy benign utrine diseases.
