摘    要:目的 探讨3D动态增强磁共振血管成像在肝移植中的应用价值。方法 9例拟行肝移植患者术前及术后进行磁共振扫描,运用计算机工作站的三维重建功能,获得下腔静脉、肝静脉、门静脉及肝动脉的三维图像。结果 MRI重建后图像可根据需要进行不同角度旋转,直观显示肝后下腔静脉、肝静脉、门静脉及肝动脉的大小、形态、走行及相互的解剖关系,显示肿瘤位置、大小及形态。结论 3D动态增强磁共振血管成像对肝移植适应证的选择、术式的选择和术后观察处理有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance (MR) angiography in the liver transplantation. Methods MR scanning was performed both before and after the operation in 9 patients elected for liver transplantation, and after three-dimensional reconstruction at a computer workstation, the three- dimensional images of the inferior vena cava, hepatic veins, portal vein and bile duct were obtained. Results The three- dimensional images could be rotated in space to show the size, shape, lining of the veins and anatomic relationships between each other. Conclusion Three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced MR angiography can be of value in liver transplantation.
